Our audited security procedures, 24/7 in-house staff and centralized electronic access control systems give our customers peace of mind. We have multiple layers of security to access the data floor (Perimeter fence, steel enforced bollards, proximity ID card, biometric iris scan, matrap, air-wall corridor, cage door). Visitors pass through a monitored high-security gated entrance to prevent unauthorized entry. At the front desk, security staff will confirm your identity with information on the security management system and your valid government issued photo ID card. Visitors are required to wear visitors badge and must be escorted during their visit.
While entering the data center facility, you enter through a turn style door that allows one person at a time to enter the glass chamber man trap. Once inside the chamber, the entry door is closed an you will need to scan your card. Once approved, the second half of the door is opened to allow entry to the main hallway / lounge of the facility. This added security prevents unauthorized guests.
Iris scanner is set at the large door for biometric authentication to get into the mantrap. All customers are required to register their iris information at the front desk.
