NTT Communications’ wholly owned subsidiary – NTT Com Asia serves as the regional headquarters of East Asia, covering Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Korea. The company was established in Hong Kong in 1999, and has devoted its best efforts to becoming the premiere ICT Solution Partner for enterprises in the region. In collaboration with HKNet Company Limited (HKNet), NTT Com Asia provides enterprise-class global network, IP connectivity, data centre, cloud hosting, cloud applications and various services and solutions in the region.

The first NTT Communications Customer Council was established in the United States in 2008, and the Hong Kong Chapter is created in 2012 in order to enhance NTT Communications’ services in the fast growing Asian market. The Customer Council is composed of a group of leaders from a wide array of industries. Members of the council serve as advisors of NTT Communications to influence the company’s strategy, product development, processes, and future investments in order to better fit customer requirements.
