The Best Cloud-Based Service prize recognizes the NTT Com cloud service’s outstanding performance, high user evaluation and application of advanced technology. World Communication Awards 2013

NTT Communications (NTT Com) named won the User’s Choice Award at the 2013 World Communications Awards at the ceremony held on Dec. 3 in London.

The Users’ Choice award is run by Total Telecom and Ocean82 to recognize the major contribution of telecoms users to the growth and development of this industry. NTT Com received the highest customer satisfaction index (CSI) from an assessment of the survey responses. The survey collects views from users about their levels of satisfaction with the product, value for money and the levels of customer support they received from their provider in the last twelve months. It has been designed to assess the effectiveness of organizations at winning the hearts and minds of their users.

NTT Communications (NTT Com) named Best pan-Asian Wholesale Carrier at the Capacity Global Carrier Awards 2013 in Amsterdam on November 19.

Capacity award judges highlighted NTT Com’s worldwide prowess. “There has been a notable commitment to developing its flagship DDoS Protection Service and DDoS mitigation services globally to its Tier-1 network.

It has also launched 100Gbps links across the US and Asia, in addition to ramping up its cloud services across Asia. In Europe, NTT Com has expanded its global IP network to Vienna, Stockholm, Milan and Barcelona, and has further strengthened its data centre services worldwide. NTT Com’s commitment to its global presence has been one of the company’s major positives this year."

Singapore Serangoon Data Center has been certified LEED Gold for New Construction as the building design and construction was completed with sustainable concepts and practices that substantially reduce the building’s impact on the environment.
